Garbage Collection Our garbage collection day is Wednesday. Garbage should not be set out before 7 pm the day before collection. Place heavier items at the top of your recycle bins to avoid having items blow around in the wind and litter the property. Please remove garbage cans and recycle bins by the end of the garbage collection day, to help keep our property tidy.
Garbage & Recycle bins In October 2021, a policy to charge back owners for garbage left on common property (outside fenced yard, front lawns, entrance ways, lane ways, etc.) was adopted and will be enforced. Therefore any garbage or debris, left in common areas, will be picked up by an independent contractor and charged back to the owner of the unit.
